Patients

During your first appointment at Amazing Smiles as a new patient, you’ll have a personal consultation to address any of your dental concerns. You’ll have a comprehensive oral examination including all necessary radiographs to properly diagnose your hygiene and treatment needs. Once this is determined you’ll be offered a plan for all future treatments.

You may save time at your initial appointment by filling out our Patient Registration Forms in advance. After you have completed these, please make sure to submit to us via email or bring to your initial visit.
